Questions! Questions are the Key to it all!
Questions force your mind to come up with an answer. Ask a question and your mind has no choice but to come up with an answer. Continual questioning creates new and different answers.
Rituals may control you but they are created and influenced by your questions, as is your focus.
That which you focus upon, are the answers to your questions and the results that you produce.
The results and accomplishments you achieve in life are the direct manifestation to the answers of your questions.
Gives new meaning to the age-old saying, “Careful what you ask for” doesn’t it?

Excellent video Tracey. Robbins is dynamic. Whatever you focus on expands, and to find out what you’re focusing on it takes a continual Q & A session to clarify that object.

This goddess believes Implicitly in the power of questions. Your brain is hardwired to look for Answers, so if you ask a crappy question, you’ll get a crappy answer.
But if you ask the Right kind of questions, Empowered and affirming questions, you will get the kind of answers that propel you into the life of your dreams.

Love your post and the video! It is so true, lousy questions, produces lousy answers/results. Been witness to that one. So I’ve set myself on a mission years ago to ALWAYS ask myself, what am I grateful for and what will make me happy. My kids even write on their journal what things made them happy during the day. It’s how I’m training them to focus on the positives…
But I totally agree with it. You become what you focus on. Great post!
